Professional Experience

As a Quality Intern at TEVA Pharmaceuticals, I optimized vendor management processes by redesigning material onboarding and approval workflows, leading to over $100,000 in projected annual savings. My responsibilities included conducting nitrosamine testing on incoming materials to ensure FDA compliance, as well as coordinating shipments and vendor files to improve traceability and reduce errors. I interviewed cross-departmental representatives to identify redundancies in new product lines and material changes, ultimately helping to standardize documentation practices and strengthen collaboration across teams. Additionally, I supported the implementation of a new vendor management system that reduced approval time by 10%, enhancing efficiency and compliance within the quality department.

Teaching Experience

As a UF Powering the Community Mentor with the University of Florida’s MSE EQuIPD program (September 2024–Present), I guide 2–3 student teams in designing community smart power grids using AI and systems engineering principles. In this role, I lead weekly meetings, provide technical feedback, and foster collaborative problem-solving, ensuring projects progress efficiently and achieve a 95% completion rate through clear deliverables and effective project management.

Since May 2024, I have also served as a UF Goldberg Gators Engineering Experience Facilitator, where I teach middle school students coding with MakeCode and microcontrollers. I lead debugging and design sessions to reinforce engineering fundamentals, making technical concepts engaging and accessible to younger learners.
